How many teeth????

So Parker has been cutting teeth for the last few weeks and when I looked in his mouth last week all four of his top teeth are coming in at the same time. I am happy to get it over with but at the same time his little gums look so sore and he is hurting. The teeth finally made their way out of the gums on Monday. But then he got the stomach flu or something he has been so sick. Last night I dont know if it was the teeth or his stomach but he cried for two hours. I gave him tylenol but he just cried. I finally took him down stairs and he laid on me while I laid on the couch. I stetteled down but he did the sobs for about another hour then he went into a deep sleep. I was such a long night. I wish I knew what I could do for him. It makes it hard when they are crying in their sleep and you dont know what is wrong with them.
